Jewellery is a precious item and should be worn with care. Dents, scratches or loss of shape due to the application of pressure are not deemed manufacturing defects. Any damage caused by misuse is not our responsibility. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or workmanship of any item, we will replace your purchase at our discretion in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Please retain your tax invoice as proof of purchase. We are not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose with care.

 

We strongly recommend that any items returned to us be POSTED via Registered Mail. Please ensure your items are packed with care for postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost via return delivery. Shipping charges on any order are not refundable. If you wish to return an item, please contact us.
